SACS notification archive -- help message The list shows the notifications sorted by the date at which the data was processed.

Meaning of the columns:

  1. The time the processing started.
  2. The SO2 vertical column value in Dobson Units at the peak of the notification; the link leads to the web page showing the images of the notification.
Possible symbol in front of the value:
    * = measurements over the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA)
^ = measurements at SZA larger than degrees.
  3. The longitude of the centre of the segment that triggered the notification.
  4. The latitude of the centre of the segment that triggered the notification.
  5. The date of the start of orbit with the measurement that triggerd the notification.   [1]
  6. The pre-defined regions which are touched by the segment that triggered the notification; the numbers given behind the 3-digit   region number are the centre longitude and latitude of the region.
[1] If the orbit has started just before midnight, the segment which triggered the notification may have started shortly after midnight (up to about 45 minutes), in which case the "measurement date" used here is off by one day.
